It's about time we step things up in this piece, so the Zionists will be starting an Art Contest. The Guidelines are:

• Create a picture-permitted mediums(all types of paper, cardboard,anything as long as you can scan it )
  
• The picture must feature a character from your manga, if you don't have one submit a description of your picture before posting the actual picture up.(This is to limit copying,plagurism etc)
  
• Picture does not have to be colored but you hava a better chance of winning if you do.
  
• Your manga logo must be included with the picture,along with your name obviously.
  
• If you don't have a scanner that is no reason to allow yourself to drop out, scanning takes approximately 15 seconds give or take.
  
• If you haven't figured out how to get your picture in without a scanner your a dumbass, simply give it to a friend. Everyone except Qing Zhao has contact with each other.
  

Now for the rules and procedures:

1. No plagurism obviusly.
   
2. After you scan your picture do not post it on the forum,send it directly to me and I will deal with it.
   
3. The winning picture will be posted in a section of it's own.
   

Procedure for Forum scanning. Scan the picture, If you have an account on photobucket it's easy if you don't please make one it's not that hard. Go to photobucket.com and go to your album section, there will be three buttons that say BROWSE, click one and it will open your files directly to your computer, if you've saved the scan picture go to the place it is located and select it, then scroll down on the website to UPLOAD.When your pic is uploaded edit it if you want (resize,rotate etc.)then click on the right hand side where it says Image. When you click on it it should already be copied, all you do is paste it on the forum and your good.
